CR Series (charge only rectifiers) are designed for tank formation or other applications which do not require discharge or reverse polarity charge.
They can also be used for charging any other batteries with the corresponding current and voltage ranges. Additional input channels can be used to record individual cell voltages in multiple cell applications, i.e. 48-cell traction batteries.
Galvanic isolation and input voltage adaption is made by the main transformer. The rectifiers are controlled by a microcontroller and the Battery Manager formation software.
Battery Manager is a database-oriented software for controlling and administrating battery-related processes in battery formation and laboratories as well as for production planning and supervision. Options, such as temperature input channels, data logger, digital inputs/outputs, etc. allow numerous customized applications.
