The BC/BCD-HD Series of high-density rectifiers from Digatron/Firing Circuits offers many advantages including a smaller cabinet footprint and advanced internal circuitry. BC/BCD-HD modularized systems offer updated electronics with all control circuitry contained on a single PC board. The potential for connecting external devices to these rectifiers is virtually unlimited. Signals from other process equipment or temperature measuring devices can be used to control different aspects of formation.
These unique rectifiers can also supply signals or information to 3rd party software or other equipment involved in your production process.
The BC/BCD-HD Series of rectifiers are available as standard units, or can be customized according to specific requirements. Digatron Firing Circuits has years of experience in developing systems that suit specific applications.
Each of our cabinets is designed with operator safety in mind. The systems’ isolated secondaries on the main transformer reduce the risk of electrical shock, and a main circuit breaker protects personnel when performing maintenance on the rectifier cabinet. Each circuit is protected by a 3-pole breaker and contactor to isolate the circuit from the high voltage of the main transformer.
